zipping a movie won't make much if any difference to the file size. Generally the movies available for downld are around cd size (600-700 MB.) But any size is fine. For sharing just put it into a folder & select that folder for sharing. Tools>Options>Sharing>Add & direct LW to where your folder is & select it. Then press the Apply button.
