Manual Port Forward is on both versions of LW. If yours doesn't have one then perhaps you didn't get yours from LW & it's a scam version. See

This is the
manual port forward (previously called 'force ip') for windows. There's no difference. You would use port 6346 except in circumstances where your isp provider is blocking this range of ports.
