1. When you click on download you will be sent to a page which has mirror sites in different countries. It really doesn't matter which one you choose. They're all the same.
2. All those formats are fine. Just make sure you have a decent burner program that can convert them such as the latest & full versions of Nero or Roxio easy creator, etc.
