Advice: don't touch video files that say they require a licence. They will want you to connect to the net & bang: could be hit by a dialler or have your ip address recorded for marketing or other, etc. It's a trick in most cases. Such files are usually very small video files less than 10 MB in size. Generally these are just porn anyway.
