The average mp3 takes up between 4 to 6 MB. So divide that no. into 1,000 & that will give an idea about how many songs you can fit per GB of hard disk space (about 250 songs.) If you have space problems then why not get an xtra hard disk drive. They're much cheaper nowadays. Or even an external HDD. If you're worried about downlding taking up space then you obviously sound as though you don't share much either.
If you downld a movie, well it will be about cd size so about 600 to 700 MB for reasonable quality. You should burn to cd & create a vcd & delete the movie after burning. Likewise for music. |
