Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here:
http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say ‘Test Page was a Success’. What happens when you go there? This will tell us if port 6346 is blocked. If not then that's one good sign I guess. If you can't access that page then it means that port is blocked.
