To start with, your spyware prog is all wrong, get a decent one like adaware or spybot, there is absolutly no spyware in Limewire if you have downloaded from
www.limewire.com
If you uninstall Limewire all your music will still be in your shared folder.
Your Ipod and computer have nothing to do with each other, once your music is on your Ipod, throwing your computer out of the window will not affect the music on your Ipod
