XoloX uses the Gnutela protocol. That is, no centralised server and so no regulation on content.
XoloX does however provide a filter to exclude 'adult' content.
Using XoloX is like using a tool. XoloX is the entry point to the Gnutella network in this case.
As like with every tool you can use it for the good or the bad. It's every users own responsibility and common sense to XoloX in the way they think is appropiate.
