I agree but.... I understand XoloX is in Beta (Even though it doesn't say so.) but I still feel that if, say, 5 - 10k more people were to start using this program it would help spread the word, get the program running on a ****load of other computers, and help track down any problems that need fixing. This is why you release beta software. Even Microsoft does this with their software, and ALL of it sucks. Well, I have to say that WinXP seems very stable as of now. Anyway, as long as they put the word 'Beta' next to the name, most people will understand if it's got some problems, but at least it would get more people interested in the software. (As we are.)
Besides, I know that XoloX is ready for at least WinXP as I have had zero problems using it for days at a time. The only exception is when I first installed it I had to get a new hostslist.txt file to get it connected, but that was IT. I think if they fix that issue in 1.13 it will be ready enough. |
