I can't deciphor the report for you but can make some suggestions about probable fixes. Whenever there's a new apple update there's always an influx of these types of problems. It seems to be related to updating mac os over the net.

2. Try this Java here:
icon bouncing in Dock (click on link) This requently fixes this problem. If not a combo update will normally do it.
By the way if it says your Java is already up to date then double-click the harddrive icon, open the Library, open the Receipts folder, then find the file: Java142Update2.pkg, delete it and try again. eg image:
