If you've selected files that show busy hosts .. then sounds like a popularly wanted file but not many free slots available & sharing time over the available slot(s).

Sometimes stopping the downld if it shows needs more sources & re-select to downld from search results can give it some life. But it can depend on many factors. One of these is how many files you're downlding at once. And how many downld slots you have.
