I did a few tests and could not find anything, the problem did not appear.

The error in the log files are not related to downloads and you dont need to worry about them they are not critical.

The error that occured on
050403 10:44:13,0095
could be caused from more then one Phex instance running or from a unclean shutdown of Phex.
Download problems could also occure from multiple instances and unclean shutdowns.
Make sure you are always exiting Phex from the application, and dont just kill the process.
Maybe it helps... I will do some more checking..

You can try the new version 2.2.2 it fixes some problems, though it has the same segment handling code as 2.2.
