I do not know how many of you this may affect, but I just found out today that my DSL Modem from Alltel has a built in firewall that was blocking my ports. I'll post the link for the Alltel fix, I am unsure of others.

I DO NOT have a router from Alltel, it is just a DSL modem. I was totally unaware of it having a firewall preinstalled. I was actually covered by 3 firewalls (Modem, Router, and Zone Alarm S/W)...LOL
