Well, this is DAAP technology implemented by Roger for quite a time now. You can play with the settings in ->options->iTunes->sharing. This is the same principle when you have two iTunes opened on two different computers on lan: you can play music by streaming the other person's playlist. Ah the joys of lan with good softwares....
