Hmmm. Others could be disconnecting, but if most of the uploads are interrupted, then that's not likely.
Here's an example of an ISP disrupting uploads: the upload starts properly, but then interrupts for 60-75 seconds. This means the upload usually times out. The pink peaks are the key.
You can see details (and the graph) of uploads in the Tools->Bandwidth->Uploads section. If either of you see something similar, then I'd say your ISP is disrupting uploads to the gnutella network. |
