Hi. I'm new to the forum and not PC literate so please bear with me. I have a similar problem and need to re-download and install Pro, (I'm on the basic prog at the moment). I'm not sure what is meant by thePro personal download page but if I re-download Pro again won't I still have to give me credit card detail before I can download? Sorry for being so thick!
By the way, if your anti-adware scanner finds adware from LimeWire, for God's sake dont remove it. Thats what I did and lost the LimeWire program.
