the current feature that block users who share minimum number of files should be expanded/ modified so that i could also block them based on the capacity of their sharing...

i hate it when people just put hundreds of useless *.txt files in their share directory, and ... need to block those people so that only those who are sharing >600MB (maybe more?) able to download....
