Just out of curiosity, when you download, what's the "quality" of the connection from the source ?
If the computer from which youre downloading is hooked up to a 56k modem, I guess you can't expect "turbo charged" from it.
I have a 512k download speed, and sometimes I manage up to 60 kliks/sec. when the donner is hooked up as T3. Otherwise, with dsl I average around 10 to 15, and if it's modem, then it is more or less 1 to 4...
