I have tried everything that you was posted and I still can't connect. I have done nothing new or different to my computer, and in the last few days, I can't connect. It tells me to go to the file and click connect. Connect is gray. and It will not be do anything. Since is no one that I can speak with or can walk me through, I will be in touch with my credit card company and have them do a chargeback!
