hmmmm just a thought.
If the file is in your share folder. It is possible a host might be u/l it from you. That may be why your getting the file is in use.
You provided no information on your operating system, so I'm going to take a guess here. My crystal ball is broken and Peerless won't lend me his.
Close LimeWire --- make sure it just didn't minimize to your task bar or tray. If it did minimize just right click the lime icon and select close/exit.
Using windows explorer locate the folder. then locate the file you would like to delete. Highlight the file and single right click. This will bring up a box and select delete. This will delete the file provided you have admin. priviliges. |
