I'm surprised the no. of people who don't bookmark their personal downld page. You should have an email from customer support with a link to your personal d. page. If lost then check HERE (click on link) Bookmarking is a good way of quick access & not having to search your details. Also downld the program & save it to your computer so you can make a backup of it.
