With Windows Millenium, Gnotella 0.73
Intermitent bug causes scroll bar icon to trebble in size. Intermitent bug causes bar to scroll when mouse pointer is placed anywhere over the scroll bar...Even if there is no mouse button pressed.
These bugs sometimes pass over into other applications being run at the time.
With Gnotella not running, all is OK.
