If your using a Mac, which you should be, you must have "Stuffit Delux" or higher. You Just create a file folder and ......... Stuffit? Then Make sure the location of your folder is on the shared list. You do this by clicking on Lime Wire in the Finder Bar, then modifying your prefernces. You can also convert the file to a "dmg".
