With all P2P networks you can only download as fast as the people on the other end can send the files to you. Thanks for the explanation LeeWare. I guess as I become more acquainted with all the nuances involved in file sharing I will understand better.
Is there anywhere I can test my speeds and is there anywhere that explains, bit rates, ping rates, throttles etc in laymans terms?
