The Virus is maybe (probably) newer than your Virus scanner or rather the Virus denfinition database (as a Windows and P2P user you should update the database daily or at least weekly).

Just for your info: be prepaired for the worst case that your virus scanner was disarmed by the virus. For this case see the manual of your virus scanner!
