hi, i'm prety new to all this, so bare with me .......... here goes.

i went searchin for file share software and found these guys, http://www.tvshowshome.com/ (are these guys part of gnutella, what is gnutella exactly?)

i downloaded their etomi software, and paid a sub fee $20 or so.

it worked once, and now it can't connect..... i've tried using there help pages, but they're rubbish, and the online live chat help aint the best either.

1) are these guys legit, any good?

2) anyone know how i fix this problem, i think its a firewall issue, was talking to my isp and they said there's a built in firewall in my router, i did the whole port forwarding thing, still no joy.

3) should i cut my losses and use somthing else?
