The saying goes "Shoot first, ask later!" and NOT "Pay first,
ask later!". You have been ripped off. You obviously didn't
even read what you payed for. You payed for "Online Technical Support". Thus, ask them instead of here for support. It's
unlikely that they'll help you though.

Next time, consider throwing 20$ directly out of your window
and downloading free software instead.
