same problem...and i have 9.3 OS also. It used to work with Quicktime (download quicktime for your version of mac.) then once you have downloaded a song go to your desktop finder and search for it. Once you have it move it to your desktop and then open quicktime and go to file and open, and go to desktop and then open your song with quicktime. Try it, I dont know if that will help.
