I need a little help!!!! Ok wel I need a lot of help!!!!

On the bottom left corner of my limewire box it used to have 5 green bars and it said excellent. But now it only has 1 out of 5 bars that are green and it says

QUALITY: CONNECTING

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS AND MAKE IT SAY EXCELLENT AGAIN????

PLEASE HELP!!!
