I had the same problem when I downloaded on a friend's new computer. The little abacus' at the bottom was all red except for the tiniest one. Our problem was the 60 day free Norton Anit Virus blocking Limewire. I went into Norton in the system tray and opened up the limewire port. Try this. They are all up and running now.
