but, recently before installing the Limewire I've installed a fresh Win XP Pro on my NoteBook, how could I reinstall it once again ??

Regarding the Uploading Slots, it's okay I've made it 0 slots and even the numbers of allowed to upoad is 0.

But still the condition is same.
