It's probably related to bandwidth use. One program requires more at that moment & it affects the other. Uplding/dwnlding streaming music requires large amounts of bandwidth.

Answer would be to reduce your upld & downld bandwidth within LW. Go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Uplds/Downlds
