Yes LW works on Tiger. Good idea to have a look around the Mac OSX sections to see what issues others have had with using LW on Tiger.
Not sure why you can't get the downld page. http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml Oh it might be wise to kill Safari's history & cache if you've had problems accessing the page. But if you can't access it then try another browser. If you're still an up to date pro user you can access your personal downld page HERE using your email address you registered under.
