There are 2 files in your Incomplete folder that store this data. The .dat and .bak files. If you copied these files over to your othere machine it should still recognize the incompleted download files.

Did you also transfer the .limewire folder also? Usually located here C:\Documents and Settings\user account\.limewire. This contains the configuration settings for Limewire, or did you have to re-enter this information when you installed LW pro.

Also within LW what is your days to save incompletes set to? Located in LW tools>options>saving --- Incomplete Files. By default this is set to 7 days. You might think about increasing that number.

Unfortunately if you did not transfer the files mentioned above or if you went beyond days to keep incompletes. This may indeed have caused LW not to recognize the incompleted files progress.
