It seems that you have a firewall blocking your connection. And if itsn't that, then it must be a router (you said you're on a LAN right?). Check with the one responsible (if you are allowed to do so) to see if it's possible to configure them. |

Yes, I'm in a LAN and Behind a ADSL Modem functing as a Router and I'm the Administrator of the Network. IN the network the Forwarding ports are from 1 ~ 65535 and the LW uses 6346 which is can LW functioning Properly without any problem. IN the Work LAN too.
Any recommendations >
