I checked the incomplete folder for a download that was 100% complete, but said it couldn't be moved to the library. The file wasn't in the incomplete folder, the shared folder, or anywhere I could find it. Also, I was unable to get it to launch as a preview after completion. It's a video file, and I'm running Mac os 8.6. Appreciate any help
