I've never tried to use it on windows. But I've used it many times on a mac. On a mac I just drag & drop the albumwrap file onto the Extractor icon in the dock. On windows I presume you'd just go to the menu File>Extract & direct it to where your albumwrap file is. WHich is probably in Shared: C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared
