The XML page (XML is the new generation of HTML) you/LW try to open contains null characters (or whitespaces) at the end of the file, in a XML section where such characters are forbidden

So. Either the XML page LW try to open has problem - but in this case, many LW must have the same problem-, either there is a problem in the Java of your 10.3.9

Most Java issue in the 10.3.9 update (which is a very bad Apple's update) are solved by applying again the Java update
