Don't confuse the LW playlist within iTunes. That's simply a playlist & the songs are in your LW downld folder.

Easy way: Open iTunes, go to menu File>Add to Library & direct it to here: C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared & select the songs. That's it! Easy!
