Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If false then either a firewall or connection device like a modem/router is blocking anybody from uplding from you.

After you've got incoming reports being true, then we can go about setting up upld folders.

By default LW will share your downld folder unless you chose not to.
To share other files, create a folder & put the files you wish to share into it. Make a note of the directory location of this folder. Then go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Sharing & press the add button. Then direct it to where your new share folder is & select it. Then press apply. Now go to your LW Library window & this folder should be listed there. If not, press the Refresh button.

Another way to add a new share folder is to go to LW's Library window & menu File>Add Folder to Share.
