I know what you're talking about. You're not doing anything wrong.

These 'ads' will appear for almost any search that you do and have had multiple downloads so normally appear at the top.

Basicallt, I learnt to avoid all wma and wmv files especially if they're only around 100k because that's not a real file size of anything I'd want to to download, and I know it's likely to be one of these advertisements.
