If you haven't sorted your problem yet here's what to do:

Your shared folder (the one you downld to) is shared by default.

Create a folder & put the files you wish to share inside. Then go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Sharing & press the Add button & direct it to where your new folder is & select it. Then press apply button. That's it!
