Refund for products I did not select I signed up just a few days ago for the lifetime subscription for $27 and after I submitted my credit card info and hit continue the final page popped up saying I was charged $50-some dollars. The site tacked on DVD-pro and spyware protection which I had not requested or selected. The customer-support confirmation e-mail I got had a link to a live chat and they said I could get a refund but that I had to wait 24 hours to request it. Now I can't find the link to this live chat and there's no way to talk to anyone in billing. Anyone know how to contact them? Did I get cheated? |
