After I imputted it, there was a pop up that said :Limewire is currently trying to connect to the network. Your search may not return many results until u are fully connected to the network. I am fully connected to the internet and i checked all my connections and they are fully inserted. What does that mean and what should i do and look out for. Everytime i tryed to download this message appears.
The Gnutella Network is an overlay network that is, one that runs on top of any existing connection you have to the network. Your connectivity to gnutella is based on your gnutella client making connections to other gnutella clients. This message indicates that you have not completed any connections to other gnutella clients.

There are two places you can check the status of your connectivity to the gnutella network.

1) lower right hand corner of the screen Qualityshows your current connectivity status)

2) check the connection tab (shows if you are connected to other gnutella clients - Ultrapeers and how long you've been connected.) If you computer is attempting to connect for more than a few minutes there is a problem.

Hope this helps.
