You have a similar router to me except mine is 504g. I believe DI-Link routers do not utilise UpnP & thus you will probably need to forward a port.
It'd help if I knew which operating system you were using. I'd give you different instructions.
This is what you should do:
1. Configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other);

Port Forwarding:
2. Set up a Static ip. (very important for this to work properly! And you must do this 1st.)
3. Forward port 6346 using the following instructions which also includes a guide to setting up a static ip:
