I'm experiencing similiar frustrations. Mine differs possibly in that I paid for Pro a couple of days ago, received a confirmation email then the download page would not recognise my (one and only) email address.
I'm not sure if I am a still a basic member after paying for pro membership, but I certainly can't get any email support.
Hence the forum posting. I'll wait another day, contact my credit card company and let them deal with the refund.
The contact limbo for paid up pro members and the subsequent time wasted with the complaint and reimbursement process sadly leaves a frustrated new (ex) customer.
It's a shame really, as I had found the basic product quite good.
I'd be interested to the company's reponse and would love to write to them directly, but I have no idea who to address an email, and my emails to "sales" and "feedback (2)" have gone unanswered. |
