I've got a cable modem with a local cable company. My Internet Explorer downloads are usually around 200 KB/s. I've gone through LW optimizing steps..configured upload/download speed and reinstalled Java. Still, All i can get out of my downloads are 0-1KB/s. I'm running WinME. I have deffinatly gotten fast downloads from LW just recently actually.. but up until a week plus it's been giving me 0-1Kb/s. SO, i've messed something up... Any help would be appreciated.
