I had the same problem as my movies are in AVI format and for

some reason WMP doesn't play these saying it doesn't have the

right codecs. After searching on here I found a lot of people had

the same problem. The only answer I found was to download the

player VLC ( videolan ) which comes with all codecs all ready

installed and plays with no problem. Try searching for it in

these forums and you will find a link to download it.
