Yeah, I'm having the same problem, except I'm not on Pro. I've had a number of large downloads the past few days that have taken roughly five hours to complete. However, I set a download going at around 3am and another at 5am before going bed on the morning of the 22nd, and it is now almost 3am on the 23rd and I'm only 56% and 14% complete. The transfer speed seems to be varying between 0KB/s and 5KB/s, but the 5 is an absolute maximum. Most common has been 1KB/s. The downloads aren't particularly important, so I'm ok to just leave them going, but still, it's quite annoying.
