Im trying 2 download 2 movies and they are so slow. they get faster everytime i kill ppl from uploading but they just comeback again and make downloading slow again. is there anyway i can permently stop them from uploading, right now they are only uploading the films im trying to download because i stop sharing all my folders as i have important information i dont want people getting to. Please help asap.
